*New System Hardware Warranties includes power supply; hard disk, CD, and tape drives; cpu's and motherboards; modems, sound and video cards. Warranty does not cover physical damage. For new and used systems, our only software work will be to re-install the original software that was on the system at the time of sale (unless you have one of our extended hardware and software warranties). All systems must be protected by surge-protectors for power and telephone that have 130-volt-maximum-clamping, 12-volt-maximum-clamping for modem, CATV, and ethernet connections. We recommend Di-Tek and Cutler-Hammer.

Systems without surge protection are subject to unusual power surges from outside sources, beyond our control. Be sure that these adverse surges are covered by your business or homeowner's insurance.

We will field all queries; however, many software concerns may be referred to the software manufacturer (e.g. Microsoft, Netscape, Cheyenne, Norton, Mcafee, etc.).
All internet connection questions would be best answered by Customer Support with your internet service provider.

In-Shop and On-Site Service of Used Systems: All existing systems are assumed to be in good working order and are not covered by a warranty in any way. Any data loss and associated expenses are not covered. We assume no liability for any hardware failure during testing. On all systems entrusted to us for repair, a technician's lien is assumed. Any repaired system not paid within 14 days is subject to forfeiture and resell for the lien. We recommend daily backups for your documents and other important files (ones not on any installation disk or CD). We recommend Iomega and Colorado backup drives and Winzip software. All software warranties are per the manufacturer.
